I just read through a post from last year about Hattie. I am going to try to write a post about her birth in the next few days- at the request of my Sissy Melissie. Just thought I'd re-post this until then.

i feel lame that i didn't know all you guys went through. like stacey said, 1 lb 6 oz really is a miracle. jake was 2 lbs. 10 oz and his little twin brother (who lived for 3 days) was 1 lb. 10 oz. jake just had to spend 2 1/2 months in the NICU. we'll have to exchange stories someday. how fun that you NICU has reunions. those nurses do become like family to you.
